"Airthereal: A True Blessing in My Life"
I've been with Airthereal for around five years now. Believe it or not, I actually won an aromatherapy diffuser from them. It's been just under a year since I got it, but I ran into an issue where it would shut off right after I turned it on. I shot a message to customer service, and Terry was the one who got back to me. To my surprise, she handled the issue like a pro. They sent me a replacement without any fuss. I even sent a video showing what was going on. No problems, no hassle—I'm really fond of this company. I've got five purifiers, three ozone machines, and one aromatherapy diffuser. After experiencing such great service, I can't see myself going anywhere else. Their customer service is simply outstanding. The machines they offer are top-tier. I keep my purifiers running all day, every day. With my COPD, these devices have kept me off oxygen for now. They really help reduce dust and clean the air better than anything else. I've been a loyal customer for five years, and in today's world, it feels like many companies don't care if they lose you. But this one treats you like family. I've never faced any issues with them. Their customer service is better than any other I've encountered. At 72 years old, I've dealt with a lot of companies, but nothing compares to this. I truly feel blessed.

It was even better knowing I was chatting with a real person who actually followed up to see if I needed anything else after a bit of time passed. Honestly, I reckon most companies would’ve just left me hanging, hoping I’d forget about it. Once I sent over the required details, a new unit was shipped out within a week. The rep I dealt with, Terry, was super nice and really helpful. I’m curious to see how the product performs, but for now, I’d definitely suggest this company and their offerings.

Top-notch support from the team. I ran into a problem with my air filter after a few months of use - out of nowhere, the readings skyrocketed to over 300. I reached out to customer support, and they guided me through figuring out the issue, which involved taking apart the entire unit to clean a control panel. Not the best fix, but hey, it did the trick! They were super quick to respond and really helpful.
